The hotel was spectacular, it made me forget we were in Lubbock.
Dinner at the restaurant was scrumdidlyumptious! Mike had his fav, Prime Rib. I had some Chicken cooked in wine sauce, over Gouda mac n' cheese. That's right, I said GOUDA! Oh, and for an appetizer we had fresh made potato chips covered in Blue Cheese sauce. YUM-O.
Dessert was decadent. AND delivered to our room. Creme Brulee trio...Lavender, Vanilla, and Hazelnut.
