The hotel was spectacular, it made me forget we were in Lubbock.
Our room was ridiculously comfortable.
The view was great too.
Dinner at the restaurant was scrumdidlyumptious! Mike had his fav, Prime Rib. I had some Chicken cooked in wine sauce, over Gouda mac n' cheese. That's right, I said GOUDA! Oh, and for an appetizer we had fresh made potato chips covered in Blue Cheese sauce. YUM-O.
Dessert was decadent. AND delivered to our room. Creme Brulee trio...Lavender, Vanilla, and Hazelnut.
Room service for breakfast too. Delicious.
We were absolutely spoiled rotten. It was great. I can't wait until next year when we can make this our tradition!
